All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through InternMax are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is processed and your campaign credits are delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
  • Dissatisfaction with the generated email content
  • Failure to receive a response from a professor
  • Unused campaign credits
  • Duplicate purchases
  • Change of mind after purchase

Why All Sales Are Final

When you make a purchase, AI-powered email generation is performed immediately. This process consumes computational resources from third-party AI providers at the time of generation, making it impossible to reverse the transaction. Credits are consumed when emails are generated, not when they are sent.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical failure that prevents email generation after payment has been processed (e.g., a system error that results in no emails being generated despite successful payment), please contact us at support@internmax.app within 7 days of your purchase. We will review your case and, at our sole discretion, may issue a credit for future use or re-run the generation process. This does not constitute a refund.

Free Trial

We offer a free trial so that you can evaluate the quality of our service before making a purchase. We encourage all users to take advantage of the free trial before committing to a paid tier.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and pursue any available remedies.
